Formation of a Solar System
In order to form the a solar system, there are four main steps.
1. Nuclear fusion starts in the center of the solar nebula and the sun is formed.
2. The solar nebula heats up.
3. Dust grains stick together and grow off of each other.
4. Dust and gas collapses under gravity and matter starts to form.
It took about 500 million years for the planets to form into their current location.
